Scot was invited by the Tongan Govt. Dept. of Geology to be a part of a training, setting up seismic acquisition software and hardware.  The satellite collected seismic activity in the outer, more remote islands and transferred the data back to the main island of Tongatapu.  He then mapped the seismic data for the GIS Department.  The training was funded by the Japanese Government and JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency.)
